## Rules

1.  **Target Other in Range 20**: Target any entity other than yourself in range 20.
2.  **Requires self [Immobility](<https://reynvert.com/inearth/wiki/effect/Immobility/index.md>)**: This card can only be used while its owner has [Immobility](<https://reynvert.com/inearth/wiki/effect/Immobility/index.md>).
